Privacy policy
Your information
ReviewBuddy uses the contact, business, review-link, message, order and shipping information you provide to answer requests, configure cards, process orders and arrange delivery. Required checkout details are needed to fulfil your order.
Payments and service providers
Stripe processes payments; we do not receive your full card number. Our hosting and database services store order records. Resend delivers general enquiries, multi-location quote requests and order notifications to our inbox. We use short-lived, hashed network identifiers to limit contact-form abuse. Information necessary for delivery is shared with the carrier. These providers may process information outside Quebec or Canada.
Storage and security
We restrict order management to the store operator and use encrypted connections. We retain information as needed for fulfilment, support, accounting and applicable legal requirements, then delete or anonymize it when no longer needed. No system can guarantee absolute security.
Cookies and browser storage
We save your language preference in local storage and your cart in this browser tab’s session storage. A secure checkout cookie lets us verify your payment confirmation. Stripe and the hosting service may use necessary security cookies. No advertising analytics have been added by ReviewBuddy.
Your choices and questions
You can ask the ReviewBuddy operator, responsible for privacy, to access or correct your information, withdraw consent or request deletion where applicable. Some records may need to be retained for legal or operational reasons. Contact shopreviewbuddy@gmail.com. Links to Google and other services are subject to their own policies.
