Canada and United States
Shipping costs $20 CAD. It is free when the product subtotal reaches $100 CAD before taxes. Orders are dispatched within 48 hours of payment. Carrier transit time is additional; dispatch is not a delivery guarantee. Contact us about an overdue or missing delivery.
No change-of-mind returns
We do not accept returns or exchanges because you changed your mind. Check the format, printed language, quantity and setup option before paying. If you notice a mistake, contact us immediately; changes are not guaranteed once preparation begins.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Contact shopreviewbuddy@gmail.com with your order reference and a description of the issue. Photos can help us assess it. We will arrange the appropriate remedy and any necessary return instructions. Do not ship a return before contacting us. This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights, legal warranties or cancellation rights that apply to your purchase.
Refunds and questions
Where a refund is due, it is returned to the original payment method; processing time depends on the payment provider. Contact us before ordering if you have questions about compatibility, setup or shipping.
